How will we work together?
I use an integrative therapy approach, drawing on modalities such as Brainspotting, ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and EFT to tailor sessions to your unique needs. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating emotional challenges and everyday stressors related to ADHD, relationships, work, school, chronic illness, or traumatic experiences.
Working with me provides a safe, confidential, and accepting space to explore difficult emotions, thoughts, memories, and patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we identify obstacles, uncover strengths, and apply proven strategies to encourage meaningful, lasting change.
Engaging in therapy can foster profound transformation, enhancing your emotional and physical well-being, strengthening relationships, improving focus and productivity, and helping you navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity.
