How long does counselling usually take?

Each session is 50 minutes. Many clients begin to feel more grounded within 6–12 sessions, but ongoing work is always available.

What will I get from counselling?

You’ll receive personalized tools to improve emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and rebuild confidence and calm — even during hard seasons.

Do you outsource any of your services?

No. You’ll always work directly with me from consultation through every session.
